This year I decided to incorporate cute and creepy for my dining room setup.
When I first started planning my decor, I had to start with a base. A table runner. I wanted to set up a neutral dining table that could be used all through fall. Plaid is always a great choice for fall decor. I searched for grey and beige plaid table runners and a few places had the specific one I wanted. Target ended up having the best price $20.
My candle holders are from the At Home store $5. (Which is also my new home decor store!)
Every good fall tablescape needs a few pumpkins. I am so happy I found these white pumpkin soup bowls and tureen at World Market! I couldn’t say no when I saw them. They are perfect. I think I paid about $30 for everything.
It’s Nikki fashion to add some kind of creepiness to any room of my house. I snagged these spiderweb placemats at Hobby Lobby $4!
The graveyard dip tray, mouse cheese platter and skeleton serving hands are from Pottery Barn.
And the final touch to the table was a few spiders scattered around!
For my windows I added some black mesh netting from the Dollar Store to give a slightly aged look against my white curtains.
We are definitely going to enjoy eating some hot soups in our dining room this fall!
